The Moto Guzzi Open Day 2023 was held on Saturday 29th April at Jim Allan Motorcycles Falkirk.
Members of the Moto Guzzi Owners Club and enthusiasts alike came along and enjoyed our various discounts and free activities while they socialised among other moto guzzi customers.
We have held the Offical Moto Guzzi Open Day for the past 3 years and every year that the Moto Guzzi Owners Club makes its rounds, they ask us to put on the event for the owners and Moto Guzzi customers to come together and celebrate their riding passion.
The day began with a pleasant start, early birds arrived to check in their bikes for a Moto Guzzi health check while others sought out some expert advice for their bike. More customers began to fill the store as the morning progressed and by 11:00 we had the store filled with customers taking advantage of our many discounts on brands such as Furygan, Oxford products, Bull-it Jeans, and Kriega.
An authentic Italian lunch was provided by a local Italian deli, Buon Appetito, located next door to Jim Allan's. Upon arrival at Jim Allans, customers received a ticket, which allowed them to get their meal and refreshment within the fabulous deli. Many were seen enjoying their lunch while observing the wide display of Moto Guzzi's parked up outside the store.
Eric and Karen from Furygan & Bull-it were present at the open day to assist customers with product knowledge and fitment assistance. They were giving customers £30 off the Bull-it jeans as well as a health margin off the Furygan clothing line. Many happy customers benefited from this fantastic deal as well as their expert knowledge.
We had a free prize draw available to enter for those who wished to be in for a chance to win some amazing Moto Guzzi prizes. Raffle tickets were available from 10 am and the lucky winners were announced at 2 pm.
Prizes included:
Moto Guzzi softshell jacket, Moto Guzzi team wear belt, Oakley sunglasses, Moto Guzzi Anniversary Book, Moto Guzzi causal t-shirt, Moto Guzzi Mug, Moto Guzzi water bottle, Moto Guzzi key ring.
Donations were being taken for Blood Bikes Scotland, which provides urgent life-saving medical deliveries to NHS services across Scotland. Those who wished to make donations did so when collecting their ticket for the free raffle.
Thanks to the generosity of the Moto Guzzi Customers we managed to raise £342.15 for the charity!
We would like to thank all of our Moto Guzzi customers along with the Moto Guzzi Owners Club for the fantastic turnout and for everyone that donated to such a brilliant charity!
