The preferred candidate should possess a proven history of success as a Service Advisor/Aftersales Advisor in either the motorcycle or automotive sectors, coupled with a strong technical knowledge of motorcycles.

Essential requirements include a genuine passion for motorcycles and a demonstrated ability to achieve results.

• A positive and proactive attitude, paired with a willingness to learn, is crucial.

• Effective communication skills with previous customer service experience.

Parts Advisor 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer enquiries via retail counter, phone, and web.
• Check stock levels and order parts as required.
• Advise customers on the parts they need.
• Collaborate with the parts team to fulfil orders.
• Assist in listing parts online.
