Parts Advisor 

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual that has a passion for motorcycles to join our team.

Parts advisors will be responsible for handling customer parts enquiries. They will be required to compile and produce parts orders as well as effectively manage stock. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with identifying and ordering parts and accessories from various bike manufactures. 
They should have a proven history of working to deadlines and meeting targets as well as using logistical software such as Dealer Management Systems.

Training provided through Suzuki parts program.

Aftersales Manager

Jim Allan Motorcycles is seeking an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our busy workshop operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing service, parts coordination, warranty processes and customer experience within the aftersales department.

The successful candidate will ensure the workshop operates efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
